Forever a student of this lifetime, 10yrs and counting in this season of my life; offering my wisdom, experiences, channelled guidance and heart lead soulful energy to those open to receive. I started out teaching from my home when my 2 daughters were young, this evolved into kids yoga classes for 3years as wel as SupYoga for 3years..that was FUN. I soon entered teaching in a small studio, then at another local studio but that closed over a period in 2020 then most recently another studio for 5.5yrs. But it was my time to branch off and follow that calling of my soul.

I have been teaching for 10years now, honestly what lead me on this journey was how cool the poses looked and I thought yoga was just asana (poses) wowee did i get more than I bargained for..my practice quickly evolved from just the physical and I was introduced to a whole new dimension of understanding self. Svadyaya (Self Enquiry) is an every day practice.. I practice yoga everyday as it isn’t only physical..I became more emotionally, mentally and spiritually aware of the functions of the mind. I look back at younger Haylee and life was a lil messy then..as life gets..the Haylee today is forever evolving into being the best version of Me..and that is because of the practices and rituals I have in my life now. The Sacredness of my Being, the LOVE and JOY of Life is because I invested in my health and wellbeing..in every way..sometimes I may lose my way because well, life loves to test us..and this is where my practice supports me in navigating those ‘tests’.

So here we are 10years after Inhales Yoga was born, which by the way is a play on my name if its not that obvious to see..;)

The Inhales Yoga Name = Haylee > nickname=Hales - Yoga > Breathing..Inhale..Hales..INHALES!!..Inhales Yoga. Its been a powerful rebirthing..the name remains the same..I however have grown, Emotionally, Mentally + Spiritually..with breathing more Sacred practices into my life and Im here offering my wisdom, passion and experiences with you all.
